After the first year, hosting and support continues at $129 per month ex GST on the same plan, or you can upgrade to Cover or Comprehensive if your needs change.
Yes. After the included 12-month period, hosting and support are billed monthly with no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, we’ll assist with migrating your site to another hosting provider and provide all the files and access credentials you need.
It depends on the package. Compact sites go live within 3 weeks of your content being signed off. Core takes 4 to 5 weeks from kickoff and Complete takes 5 to 6 weeks, with copywriting included in both. The biggest variable is almost always content, which is why Core and Complete include it. On Compact, having your copy, images, and key information ready at kickoff is the fastest way to launch.
Yes. Core and Complete include copy written for every page, based on what we learn about your business at kickoff, and you review and approve everything before it goes live. On Compact, copy is supplied by you, and copywriting is available as an add-on at $200 per page ex GST. Copy is written to be clear, direct, and optimised for search. If you’re on Compact, it’s worth adding at the time of enquiry rather than after the build has started.
